Sore Achilles

About an hour before I went to bed last night my right Achilles became sore.  Today when I woke up, my right knee was sore.  This has happened a few times in the past as well.  I’m wondering if my Achilles soreness is an indicator for knee soreness?

I need to make it a point to stop compensating for my surgically repaired knee.  I’m sure that’s what’s causing the soreness.

    Hi there,

    I have a sore archilies on the opposite leg to the surgically repaired knee.
    My other knee has become sore since starting Biokinetics, how did you sort out your problems?

    I actually put a knee sleeve on my non-surgically repaired knee. That seemed to balance me out.

    Also, I made a concerned effort to put more weight on my surgically repaired knee, especially when squatting.
