Tweaked Knee Healed

After tweaking my knee, I was really worried since I was feeling some consistent sharp pains.  Luckily, after resting a few days my knee feels a lot better.  I feel pretty confident that I’ll be able to return to my workout regimine next week without any issues.

  1. Hello,

More of a question………..I just wanted to know if you were ever told not to do squats. I had a left ACL reconstruction about two years ago. I am just now returning to the soccer field. Fear. I have been doing a lot of squats lately and I have something that feels different going on with my knee. Not pain, just feels different.?????????

    Thanks

  2. I haven’t been told anything about squats, but I was a little hesitant to do them. I just started real light and progressed.

I agree with you that it does feel different, but I figure as long as it doesn’t hurt then it’s okay.
