Working out again

I had to take a few weeks off due to my nose cauterization, but I’m back to working out again.  I was able to complete a pretty simple circuit routine without any problems from my knee or nose!

Here’s the workout: Seize Your Six-Pack

I’m planning on doing this workout for about 4 weeks to help get back into shape.  Once there, I’ll go back to a more traditional weight-lifting routine.  It definitely feels good to be back in the gym again.

Side Note: I threw on Saturday without much pain in my arm, but my right knee was a little sore.  If I throw 3 times a week, I’ll be back to baseball shape in a couple weeks.
