I was wondering whether you were able to run -- actual long distances, that is.

I'll tell you all about my injury -- but later! Right now, I need to go to sleep. OS appointment tomorrow; we will discuss the possibilities. Damn, I hate this.

Can you reply to the email address listed? I hadn't remembered to come back to this blog. Thanks!

I'm not sure where I'm at with my agility, I just got to the point where I was going to cut loose a little bit, but then I had to take the past couple of weeks off due to my nose cauterization.

My hamstring muscles are still very weak and tight compared to before the surgery. I've been lifting weights, trying to strengthen the muscles, and stretching.

How'd you hurt your knee?

Also, can you describe specifically how your hamstring muscles are doing? (Aside from relating anything about the ACL and the general knee itself, of course....)

Hi. You never finished the story regarding whether you regained 100% agility. I might be going in for ACL replacement surgery and am very curious as to how it all turned out. I'm in Montreal, Canada.

Thanks.
