Last Surgeon Visit… Hopefully

I went to the surgeon for my 6-week checkup and he said my left knee is solid.  That was GREAT news!  I guess it’s in such good shape that he won’t be seeing me anymore.

He said I could start twisting on the knee as well.  He recommended I start with a couple twisting-workouts a week going easy at first, gradually increasing the usage.  After 6-8 weeks, barring any setbacks, he said I return close to full activity.

He also stated that I need to work on my hamstring strength, because they are extremely weak right now.  That means upping the weight for my next workout.  He said I should run more as well.

On a side note, my inability to do full sitting squats is normal and snowboarding is okay as well.
