Post-Operation Rehab 26

Before I started exercising the PT told me that I only have two sessions left. The surgeon put in for more rehab, but the PT said it’s likely that I’ll be released. We’ll see what happens in a week or so, but if I get released, what can I do/not do? Hopefully the PT will give me strict instructions on that.
Today I started on the bike for 10 minutes, did some foam roller, 3 sets of 15 reps of kickbacks, and 3 sets of 15 reps of exercise ball hamstring curls and exercise ball liftups. Then I got massaged in the middle of the workout, which was different. Once that was done I headed to the court to do jump squats, in a line up-down-up-down box jumps, side jumps, and one-legged criss-cross jumps.
I was pretty gassed during the workout, but it felt good. Once the workout was complete, the PT told me no twisting on the knee till 10 months out! The surgeon told me 6 months, so we’ll see. The PT did add that everyone is different and if I can do certain things, I can probably start twisting on the knee at 6 months.
I need to remember to get a strict list of what I can and can’t do if I am released.
