Post-Operation Rehab 25

I started on the bike for 10 minutes then proceeded to the massage table. I told the PT about my right knee being sore after exercising and the PT looked surprised. I know I mentioned it many times before; do they even write stuff down? Isn’t the idea to write things down so you can review progress over time?
Anyways, I was massaged for a little bit then stretched. Once that was finished I did a huge dropset of squats (20-hold-15-hold-10-hold-5-hold), 3 sets of 10 reps of jumps on the Bosu-ball, 30-seconds of jump lunges, and 20-reps of box jumps. I then did one-legged criss-cross jumps on the basketball court. I’m starting to feel more comfortable now with jumping; I don’t think about it, it’s more of a natural movement again.
I have about 3 sessions left before the PT has to send in for more rehab. Cross your fingers and hope it gets approved. If not, I’ll have to start rehabbing on my own and we all know how that goes.
As of right now I can jog straight forward with a little gimp, but my hamstring strength is really poor. It seems like anytime I try to exert pressure from my hamstring it cramps up. The pinching sensation has decreased, but it’s still there. This mostly occurs when I stretch my quad. Overall I can function normally without thinking about it, but I think I’m still about 2-3 months away from participating in athletics.
