Insurance Issue

I was supposed to have a rehab session today, but apparently there is some insurance issue.  I guess my next 16 sessions weren’t approved yet.  Hopefully this will all be cleared up come Monday.  

On a side note, I’ve started to use the foam roller to help alleviate some of the tightness in my left leg; that crap hurts!  The PT makes it sound like no big deal, but trust me, it’s not as easy as they make it sound.
