Happy Labor Day to everyone!
Today was the first time since ACL surgery that I tested out my knee on a bodyboard. I have to say that it felt really good to be back out in the water bodyboarding again. I thought my hamstring or knee would cut my day short, but surprisingly, I had no problems with either.
Looks like I made it over another hurdle. The next hurdle I’m going to shoot for is twisting on my knee. I’m ready to swing a bat or throw a baseball again.
