This really is a GREAT article that you wrote Dr K. I really think you have the correct way of looking at the rail issue.

The idea I think is the most effective is to change the school and work hours….I don´t know about Kapolei, while I was in another company here in Oahu the workers complained that the move for them to Kapolei actually made their lives more difficult and actually created more traffic. Why….simply because their kids schools were in central Oahu and the parents had to take the kids to town and the drive back to Kapolei, perhaps in the future with the addition of some privete schools on the leeward side things may get better.
